Refunds and Returns

Love the Rain is a friendly, family-run company. The fact that we are small means we can offer you a more personalised after-sales service.

If you do need to return a product to us for any reason, please contact us first so we can advise you of your options and give you a returns number. This number is required in order to match the return to your order.

Refunds

You may return a product to Love the Rain, for any reason, for a full refund (items must be returned within 7 days, be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.)

After 7 days, items can only be exchanged for another product or a credit note.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order and be accompanied by a returns number (see above).

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of the return, and suggest that you also purchase postage insurance as we cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
