Delivery

We normally despatch orders the same day when ordered before 2pm. We send most items 1st class or Special delivery depending on the item. Royal Mail advise you allow up to 7 days for delivery, or something like that - we would like to hear from you much sooner as we feel that's a bit long and we would be a bit worried after a few days.

If the order (or part) is not available then we will back order it for you. We will then contact you with the option to cancel the order should you not wish to wait. You can check the status of your order from the link on your confirmation e-mail.

The credit /debit card will not be debited until the order has been despatched.

Our standard delivery for addresses within the UK is £4.95. All prices are in Sterling and include VAT.

Although we can deliver outside of the United Kingdom, the delivery charge shown is for addresses within the UK; please contact us at sales@lovetherain.co.uk so we can calculate the delivery.
