Born in Italy in 1913 Piero Fornasetti is a master of decorative art. During his life he created more than 11,000 items. With a career that spanned over 50 years Fornasetti produced work that is still highly collectable worldwide today.

He had a unique and imaginative style that incorporated a wit and humour that makes the Fornasetti style so unmistakeable.

Although Fornasetti died in 1988 his son, Barnaba, continues to produce his father’s designs; reviving the most popular pieces, and creating new ones in collaboration with industries that manufacture under license.
